An experienced female physiotherapist with background in both the public and private health sectors, Hafiza brings expertise in Manual Therapy, Acute and Chronic Disease Management, Evidence-Based Practice, and Patient-Centered Care for individuals of all ages.

Hafiza is dedicated to helping her patients achieve their health and wellness goals. Her approach centers on understanding each person's unique needs and providing tailored care to empower them to become the best versions of themselves.

As a mom to a toddler and a loving wife, Hafiza knows the importance of balance and well-being in all aspects of life. She enjoys spending quality time with her family, cooking, and exploring new travel experiences.
