"I'm a 65year old women, who has certainly done the rounds with Orthopedic Surgeons and Physiotherapists in the past 10years. But! I must say, Since I've seen Hafiza at Everfit, I'm just amazed how she's pinpointed the problem and with just 2 sessions, I'm already pain free. (I couldn't walk steps or dress myself without pain)
Hafiza uses lots of techniques from physio, massage, cupping and dry needling, depending on your pain situation.
I would definitely recommend you to go see her and be pain free."

The experience from start to finish was first class. Hafiza instantly put me at ease, really listened to what I had to say, then treated my condition with knowledge and compassion. I walked out very much improved, with a treatment plan that was tailored to my needs and capabilities. I highly recommend Hafiza at Everfit as a treatment specialist.
Amazing experience. Was my first time going but i felt so comfortable and the session had so much packed into such a small timeframe. Had the best sleep in a long time that night but the constant antagonising throb i always feel had gone down quite alot
I am on my 3rd visit. Hafiza helped me feel better and less pain with her caring and supportive treatment. Also friendly but professional.
She gave me some exercises to do at home too.

I have had constant foot pain for about 6 years and after 1 session it is considerably better.I feel the exercises that i have been given to do are well in my range.The relief has been enormous for my foot .I would recommend anyone with chronic pain to visit and have a session.
I can honestly say that I have hands down, never been to a more, capable, kind, thorough and hands on physio.
Our initial consult comprised of a brief medical/ surgical history as well as a description of my current complaint and then straight into actually fixing the problem!
No 30 minutes describing my problem only to have 10 minutes therapy. Basically, the whole session was a range of different supportive treatments and I left feeling way better than I thought I would!
I would 1000% recommend! You will leave saying the same!

My pain has diminished with treatment. Always warm and friendly, was still able to have treatment when I brought my toddler in with me.
